Teddy holds a very special place in my heart as my most cherished feline companion. He became part of our cattery in 2022, and from the moment he arrived, he has been our proud and beloved king. His presence is truly remarkable, and everyone who meets him falls in love with his charm and gentle nature.
One of Teddy’s most striking features is his large, round eyes, which beautifully complement his full, chubby cheeks. His ears are perfectly set on his round face, giving him an adorable, teddy bear-like appearance. Every time I hold him in my arms, I can’t help but admire his sweet and affectionate expression—it’s impossible to resist.
Beyond his stunning looks, Teddy has the most gentle and loving personality. He is never aggressive, no matter the situation. When people approach him, he simply rolls onto his back and invites them to give him belly rubs, showing his complete trust and relaxed nature.
Alongside Henry and Robert, Teddy plays a vital role in our breeding program, carrying on his exceptional traits. We are also dedicated to showcasing his beauty and temperament at cat shows, earning him well-deserved recognition. In his very first competition—the most competitive cat show in North America—Teddy made an incredible impression. With his outstanding looks, confident presence, and calm demeanor, he not only won the hearts of the audience but also earned the prestigious title of Champion, surpassing both British Shorthair and Longhair competitors. We couldn’t be prouder of him!
Edith
Edith is truly a one-of-a-kind cat in our cattery. She holds a special place in our hearts as the first, and a very rare, Golden British Longhair to make it to the kitten finals at the TICA Cat Show. Unlike solid-colored British Longhairs, Golden British Longhairs tend to be smaller and have a naturally sweet temperament, but they often lack the same level of strength and presence in the show ring. This makes it incredibly rare for a Golden Shaded British Longhair to compete successfully in both the adult and kitten categories. But Edith defied the odds—her beautifully balanced structure, combined with her graceful movements and affectionate nature, won over the judges and secured her place among the best.
Edith carries herself with a level of elegance that is truly unmatched. Every step she takes, every little movement, reminds me of a refined lady with impeccable manners. She has such a delicate and graceful presence—except when it comes to asking for food! That’s when she completely drops the elegance and shows her playful, mischievous side. If you ever hear her meowing for food, you won’t forget it—her meow sounds exactly like a duck quacking! It’s the funniest and most unexpected sound coming from such a graceful little lady.
We are beyond proud of Edith’s achievements and can’t wait to see what the future holds for her!
